We are a small family-owned business with deep roots in Hispanic culture. Our goal is to provide affordable, efficient, and personalized healthcare to our patients. We try to accomplish this by keeping the number of patients we treat balanced, by doing this, our providers aren’t as pressured for time, and can give you the care you need without the buildup of stress and fatigue that often causes providers to overlook your inquiries, or not be as approachable.

Meet Our Providers

  • Amarilys Roque Baz

  • A Florida board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Graduated in 1995 as a Doctor in Medicine, at Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba, where she also earned a Master’s Degree in Comprehensive Woman Care. She went on to specialize in Gynecology and worked as Physician-Specialist in Cuba, for more than 15 years. She moved to USA since 2016 and continued her studies in this country, earning in 2021 her MSN in nursing, and later getting a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Miami Regional University (MRU).

    Amarilys has a passion for helping the life-quality of her patients. She’s been working at Orlando Epilepsy Center since July 2021, and recently decided to open her own clinic, A&L Family Policlinic LLC, to further develop her passion for healthcare. In her spare time, she likes to watch films, and to travel with her family to discover new places, new cultures and new traditions.

  • Emilio Santos Capote

  • A Florida Licensed Doctor in Medicine since 2006. Graduated in 1971 as a Doctor in Medicine, at Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba. He went on to specialize in Oncology-Gynecology and worked as Physician-Specialist in Cuba, for more than 30 years. He moved to USA in 2005 and continued his studies in this country, earning in 2006 his license (Commonwealth of Puerto Rico).

    Emilio has a vast experience in integral treatment of wounds, in oncologic-gynecologic surgery, in colposcopy diagnosis, in management of early diagnosis gynecologic cancer, among others.

    Emilio has a passion for helping the life-quality of his patients. He worked at San Gerardo Hospital, San Juan, Puerto Rico between 2005-2014, and has been practicing in Florida since 2014. He decided to join the team of A&L Family Policlinic LLC, to further develop his passion for healthcare. In his spare time, he likes to read books and scientific articles, to watch films, and to travel with his family.
